Check out these fun and free Disney Disability Cut Files. They are made to go on your vehicle, wheelchair, EVC mobility scooter and more.
It wasn’t until my husband got hurt at work a year and a half ago that I really appreciated the accesibility struggles for those who needed to utilize those programs. Including the importance of those parking spaces. My 40 year old husband needed to use a walker to get around. He could not walk long distances and in fact, struggled to walk some days. I was grateful he was able to qualify to get a temporary parking pass to help with getting to a from hospitals and doctor’s offices easier.
After his back surgery, he is able to get around a bit better, but his legs aren’t back to 100% and they might never be. But he is doing so great and doesn’t need a walker everyday like he did before surgery. However, when we knew we would be heading to Disneyland for an anniversary trip, the thought of walking the parks for 2 days was a bit daughnting. We wanted to have an enjoyable trip so we decided to rent him an EVC mobility scooter.
We knew our trip would be more enjoyable if his back and legs didn’t get over worked and could rest. So when my friend thought it’d be fun to do a free cut file blog hop for accesibility purposes, I totally had Disney on the brain.
Disability Mobility Free Cut Files
There are 3 different themes for these cut files. They can also be mixed and matched to work the best for you and your family. They might work on the back of a car to hopefully let people know to leave room for the lift of a wheelchair. Or placed on the back of a wheelchair or EVC scooter.
You can download the Disney Disability Cut Files using the links below. These cut files are for personal use only.
Jungle Cruisin Disability Cut Files
Rollin with Mickey and Minnie Cut Files
These come as zip files. Once downloaded, upzip the file and save to your computer. Then they are ready to be uploaded to Cricut Design Space or any cutting machine software that uses SVG format. If you’re not sure how to upload an SVG to Cricut Design Space, I have a video for that. And then you can make all the fun vinyl stickers to go on your car, wheelchair, electric scooter, t-shirt, notebook, really anywhere!
You can also use these SVG files and create print and cut designs to use as temporary signage for EVC mobility scooters or wheelchairs like the one shown below. I’ve got a great tutorial on how to print and cut an svg cut file.
