This buffalo check deer silhouette printable is the perfect decoration for my front door this Christmas season.

You know that I love a good front door decoration and with it being Christmas time, I wanted to do something extra fun.  I love all the beautiful Christmas wreaths and I made one a few years ago that I absolutely love.  I hung it on my door last year, but when I went to get it out this year, I decided it had seen better days and knew it was time to retire it.  I thought about making another wreath, but decided to go with something a little different.  Luckily for me, it is also super simple!

I mean, it doesn’t get any easier than printing, framing and hanging to have a fun and beautiful front door decoration.  This buffalo check deer silhouette inspired the whole feel of my front porch this year.  I bought a new tall and skinny tree on sale at Michael’s and knew it would look great in front of my long windows next to my door.  I probably should’ve bought 2, but since I didn’t, I pulled out my reversible holiday porch sign I made last year and flipped it to the JOY side.  I perched it on top of a log stump my husband cut for me.  When I found that red and black buffalo check ribbon at JoAnn’s I may have literally gasped aloud and jumped for joy right there in the store!  And that star atop my tree?  Well, I made it in about 10 minutes out of twigs from my back yard.  I’m thinking I need to make more of them it turned out so cute!

Here is the rest of the porch decorations.  Isn’t that deer pillow perfect?  Another exciting find from JoAnns.  Does anyone else want to sit on my front porch and drink some hot cocoa with me?  I’m in love with the cozy feeling the buffalo check and deer bring to the porch decorations.

I actually sent the file to Staples and they printed it on an 11×17 paper for under $2.  I just trimmed it to fit my frame.
