Halloween Mug Cake Gift Idea

Hi friends! I’m Erin from Strawberry Mommycakes and I’m sharing this Halloween Mug Cake Gift Idea with FREE Printables!

Halloween is my favorite holiday ever. I can barely contain myself when I see Target clearing the shelves for their Halloween decor. I am also slightly morbid, which you can probably tell by my “Eat This if You Dare” Printables. I made them to go with my new Dia De Los Muertos Cake Mugs.

Mug cakes are my new favorite thing. You just mix ingredients in a mug, microwave and eat your own personal cake. Delicious and super easy…kind of like this gift idea. You’ll need:

• An 11 oz. Mug
• FREE Printables, for personal use only
• White Paper
• Crinkle Cut Paper
• Plastic Bag
• Mug Cake Dry Ingredients
• 2″ Hole Punch or scissors
• Small hole punch
• Bakers Twine

Print and cut the printables and punch a small hole at the top of the gift tags. You’ll simply mix all the dry ingredients from your favorite recipe (try my Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mug Cake) and add them to a plastic bag. Tie the bag closed with bakers twine and attach these printable Gift Tags.

I made one tag with instructions for my Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mug Cake, but feel free to use whatever mug cake you want. There are thousands of recipe! I felt like adding “if you want to live” on the end was cute…and true.
