These Jack O Lantern Balloons are just one of the many fun and spooktacular Halloween party Ideas to help throw one amazing party.
I love when a project comes together so well as to delight those who see it completed. That’s what happened with these Jack O Lantern balloons.
My kids saw the balloons, they saw me cut out the vinyl and weren’t quite sure what to expect from these pieces. But when they saw the finished product, they were all smiles.
To make these Jack O Lantern balloons you will need:
You will also need the cut file of the Jack O Lantern faces which you can find below.
Upload the free download cut files into your cutting software. Once uploaded onto your canvas, resize the images to fit on your balloon.
I bought 12″ balloons so I sized my Jack O Lantern faces to about 6″ square. Or close to that. Once they are resized cut the faces out of the black vinyl. We used removable vinyl for this project.
Weed the vinyl so that all that is left are the pieces of the Jack O Lantern faces. Blow up your balloons and just use your fingers to place the vinyl onto the balloons to create the faces.
I used the pieces together as I have created them in the cut file. But you can totally mix and match the pieces to create different faces. Maybe kids would love to create their own balloon Jack O lantern to take home as a party gift.
This project came together so quickly. And these balloons are sure to make a big impact for your party.
Below you can find the download for those free faces cut file. You could always use something other than vinyl. Using card stock or construction paper would work too.
Just make sure to select the correct material when you go to cut out the faces. If you don’t have a cutting machine, you can download these anyway, print them out on paper and trace them onto card stock and cut them out.
