Thanksgiving is next week and I’m slightly shocked! We are going to be hosting Thanksgiving at our house this year. And when I say hosting, I mean we are hosting my big extended family. There will be close to 50 people here to celebrate the day. It will be a little crazy, but fun. And we are excited to have my uncle and his family from out of town visiting here. Knowing that we are going to have so many, I want to keep things simple. So I made some simple printable Thanksgiving place cards that will let our family members know how much we love them.
Here is my very simple table scape. I used gold chargers as my base. They are pretty inexpensive at Michaels right now. Topped with a simple white plate and then adorned with the place cards. It’s an easy setting that won’t take a ton of time to create. I made 2 versions of the printable Thanksgiving place cards.
You can print out a tented version of the place card like this one.
Or there is just the flat square version that I stuck on a mini pumpkin I picked up at the grocery store for $1.
My center piece was easy since I already had everything on hand. I used this table box and filled it with candles, pumpkins and walnuts. I added the berries for a little more color and texture. I bought the fake mini pumpkins and fake walnuts at a boutique a couple years ago. I usually fill my big apothecary jars with them, but wanted to do something a little different this year.
You can print these Thanksgiving place cards in either version using the download links below.

If you didn’t want to use these for place cards, just have your family write down what they are thankful for, and they would be cute hung on a Thanksgiving tree.
Happy Thanksgiving!
