Maybe it’s just me, but the summer has been dragging.  And I was ready for my kids to go back to school.  Even though we started super early here and it’s still so hot outside.  Summer doesn’t really feel like it’s quite over yet.

This summer was a slow uneventful one for us.   And there were days that I let them watch too much tv, eat too much junk food and not do any chores.  (I think making kids do chores is necessary, but there were days that I didn’t want to have to be after them all day to get them done.)  As our summer is coming to a close, I’m ready to get back into a routine and make more healthy choices for me and for my family.

Free Color Page For Kids

One of the things that helped keep my kids busy this summer were art and activity books.  I had so much fun creating these fun color pages for kids.  I’m hoping coloring all these delicious vegetables will get my kids excited to eat them. 😉  These fun color pages feature some of the delicious offerings from Pure Flavor, along with some hand lettering (which I love) and some other fun additions.
