Thanks For Pushing Me to do My Best – Teacher Appreciation

Next week is the last week of school around here and we are super excited to start summer.  I have loved the preschool that my son has been attending this year and can’t wait for my daughter to go there in a couple years.  The teachers are absolutely amazing and have helped my son learn so much this year.  I am always amazed at what he learned at school.  He has grown so much because these teachers just push them to do their best and always try.  I thought these “thanks for pushing me to do my best” gift tags were fitting for his teachers this year.

I have a slight obsession with school supplies.  Especially if they are on sale.  I picked up these fun, bright push pins at Target on clearance and have kept them thinking they would make a fun teacher appreciation gift.

Thanks for pushing me to do my best printables

I created a printable to attach to the front of the packs of push pins.  I wanted my son to write his name on them so they can see just how far he has come.  (He couldn’t write any letters at the beginning of the school year and they just started writing in January.  He gets most of the letters in his name.:) )

I simply attached them with glue dots (or washi tape would be cute too).  With or without some bakers twine, they are ready for gifting!

I created the printable in two color options:

Bright (like the one shown) or in Primary colors.  Just click on the color option you like, print and cut.  The printables are for personal use only and print 8 to a page.

I’ve been a high school teacher for 28 years. I feel blessed if I get any acknowledgement on Teacher Appreciation Day. I am so grateful for how you have all of these creative ideas for people to honor teachers. Thank you so much.

Wow Lee-Anne! 28 years is a long time to be doing something. You must love it, and I’m sure your students love you. We love our teachers!
