Mr. C turned 5 this year and we celebrated his birthday a few weeks ago with our family. We happened to be on vacation at the time but I brought my party stuff with me so we could celebrate the birthday boy with a Baseball Birthday Party. Complete with a concession stand of yummy food.
Here are some close ups of what we had at the party. Peanuts and Popcorn are a baseball tradition. So no baseball birthday party would be complete without them.
The same goes for hot dogs and nachos.
Since we were not at home and on vacation, I had to improvise a little with how to put out my licorice. I found some clear glasses in the cupboard that worked just fine. If I was at home, I probably would’ve used something else, but these glasses worked great.
I made some water bottle labels for our drinks and used those on the juice boxes for the kids too.
I found these Ketchup and Mustard dispensers in the dollar spot at Target one day and knew they would be perfect with this baseball theme!
Here it is all laid out and ready to go!
Again, I used what I had and made it work when it came to the table covers and backdrop. It didn’t look perfect but it hey, I’m the only one who cared. Plus when you are on vacation, there are on worries, everything is better!
I knew the birthday boy and his sis would love the food!
I made some simple cupcakes with these cute toppers so we could sing to the birthday boy.
Kids love blowing out those candles!
Of course everyone had to have a treat to take with them.

My friend Amy from Happy Hearts Studios made this paper pack to go along with the theme of the party. I used these papers and designs to create my party printables.
It was such a fun theme for my boy’s birthday. He loved it, his cousins loved it and the daddy’s loved it. You can’t go wrong with Baseball!
Happy Partying!

Hi where can I get those little baseball bat from?
Liz Call says
I found them at a specialty candy store here in Phoenix. You could look on Amazon for something similar.

LOVE the food labels. Do you have a template I’m able to use to recreate those? Thanks!

Were you able to find out info on the food labels?

I have a blank food label download. You cut them apart and write the food in the blank area. Would that work?

Hi Pamela! I bought them from a daily deal site called Pick Your Plum. They have lots of cute party supplies.

I love your baseball themed birthday party. My boys, now 18 and 16 have grown up on the baseball field. The oldest will be playing college baseball next fall. I saw your post on the Tatortots and Jello linky party. Hope you stop by Suppers, Youngans, and Thangs sometime.
