Purse essentials every mom needs for those days on the run.
I am busy. Do you feel like that? There just always seems to be something going on with my family, with my business, with my church responsibilities, with my kids school, or just around the house. There are just not enough hours in the day sometime. There are days that I’m out and about and I hope I’ve remembered everything. Usually the one thing that I always have with me is my purse.
I think my purse weighs about 20 pounds! At least somedays it feels like that. 🙂 But there are some purse essentials I keep in there to help keep me healthy and happy because you just never know when you might need them.
When I start feeling like I’m getting sick I love using Emergen-C products. These Emergen-C Immune + chewables are so great to keep in my purse. They are super easy to take, being that they are chewable, they have immune support, to help moms stay healthy (we know what happens when moms get sick), and they taste good too.
A must in my purse essentials is pain reliever. For both me and my kids. Especially my baby.
I use Advil tablets for headaches, minor arthritis and other joint pain, muscle aches and pains of the common cold. You just never know when those headaches or aches will come along and it’s nice to have Advil handy in my purse.
A major purse essential for mom’s with babies in Infants’ Advil. Having this in my purse has saved us many times. There were a couple months over the summer when our baby was was super cranky. It took me a couple days to realize she was getting some molars. I felt so bad that I hadn’t realized that sooner, but we were able to give her Infants’ Advil to quickly soothe her teething pain and fever.
I usually keep the bottle and the dropper in a plastic baggie as part of my purse essentials so they are easy to find.
When I was at Walmart on a grocery run, I realized I needed to stock up on purse essentials. I was surprised to see all these items were located in the same aisle. Which made it super easy to grab them and load up on the items I needed.
So tell me, what are your purse essentials? What are the things you can’t leave the house without to keep you healthy?
We are coming up on the busy season, it’s a good idea to make sure you have the purse essentials to get you through the chaos.
Happy busy season! Stay healthy!
Liz
