If you’re here, it’s because you are a fan of hand lettering, like me. And like some of my blogging friends who are also hand lettering lovers. Well we thought it’d be fun to have a hand lettered holiday blog hop. Sharing our love of hand lettering and the holidays with all of you!
As part of this hand lettered holiday blog hop, I created this hand lettered Joy to the World printable for you to display in your home. It’s no secret that I love free printables and I love to decorate with them too. And Christmas is my favorite holiday so I usually go all out in decorating. This printable fits perfectly in my Christmas decor and I love that it is a reminder of the reason for the season.
But knowing that this is a hand lettered blog hop, I thought you all might want to create your own Joy to the World printable decor. So along with the free download printable, I also created a joy to the world hand lettering practice sheet. This way you can practice how to form the letters and words with a brush pen or even a regular marker or pen, just thickening the downstrokes, and create cards, posters or wrapping paper.
I even thought you’d might like to learn how make banners. Just follow the steps on the practice sheet and create flowing banners for your hand lettered designs.
