Dry Cleaners Gift Certificate for Father’s Day

Father’s Day is just a little more than 2 weeks away.  Are you still scrambling with an idea of what to get dad?  I always struggle with an idea of what to get my dad and my husband for Father’s Day.  I try and do something different each year, but this year my dad will be getting a gif that I have actually given him in the past.  He is going to get a dry cleaners gift certificate for Father’s Day this year.

You see, my dad wears a lot of button down dress shirts for work.  He has been using the same dry cleaner to get his shirts cleaned and ironed for years.  The owners know my family and my parents have an account there.  I went in to ask if they had some sort of gift card or gift certificate that I could give my dad for Father’s Day so he wouldn’t have to pay for his next set of shirts to get cleaned and ironed.  They didn’t have a gift certificate but I was able to put money down on his account.  I asked them if they’d be ok with me making up a gift certificate so I could at least give him something for Father’s Day and they were fine with that.

I put some money down on his account and made up this dry cleaner gift certificate for him to open on Father’s Day.  I also got one for my grandpa who uses the same dry cleaner.  They were both fans of this gift and I know they were used.
