I’m pretty sure my pregnancy cravings are getting out of control!
It seems like I’ve been craving so almost everything these days.
One of those cravings has been for something light and refreshing. People might not think a pasta salad is refreshing, but this one sure feels that way to me!

The secret to this pasta salad is this seasoning.
Salad Supreme by McCormick.
It adds the perfect blend of spices to my pasta salad.
Add about 3 TBL of Salad Supreme,
2-3 TBL of sugar
and a bottle of your favorite Italian Dressing,
you have a the best pasta salad ever!
Look at all the deliciousness in this bowl.
This is what I like to put into my pasta salad.
Cooked 1 pound box rotini pasta
3 stalks celery
3 carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 can artichoke hearts
2 small cans sliced olives
1 brick colby jack cheese
1/2 a package of mini pepperoni
Of course it takes a little time to chop/dice all your veggies, but they can be as big or as little of pieces as you like. I save time by buying already sliced olives, mini pepperoni, and already cubed cheese.
Mix all your ingredients along with the seasonings and dressing together and your done!
This is the perfect side dish to bring to all those BBQs and swim parties that are on the horizon.
Or are already happening if you live in AZ where it will be in the 90s this week!
Of course you can add whatever kind of things you like to this salad.
You can’t go wrong!
Happy Cooking!

Liz,
I love pasta salad, this looks a lot like mine, but I’ve never used the salad supreme and I love that in green salad. I will try it next time. I am a new follower and would love for you to come to my link party Tuesday Trivia at http://www.memoriesbythemile.com/
