Yes my friends, it’s Wednesday and I’m just posting this weeks recipe.
Life has been busy and let’s face it, with 8 weeks left of this pregnancy, I’ve been slow to keep up.
But hopefully I made up for it with this delicious recipe!
It is so easy to make and oh so yummy.
I’m not a fan working with marshmallow cream. I know there are lots of yummy fruit dips that use marshmallow cream, but this recipe does not have it.
Here is what you need:
1 (8)oz block cream cheese – room temp.
1 (14)oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 TBL lemon juice
1 (8)oz container whip topping – thawed
I used my mixer so it would be smooth and not lumpy.
Start with the cream cheese and mix until starts looking fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, scrapping the sides to make sure the mixer gets it all incorporated. Then add lemon juice and mix until it’s smooth. Fold in the whip topping.
You would think it has marshmallow cream because it is so light and fluffy.
Won’t that look so pretty on your picnic table?
It really is so easy to mix up and keep in your fridge just for a yummy snack too.
Who said you have to share?? 🙂
Did you see last weeks recipe for another perfect BBQ side dish?

Sounds delicious. I am not a fan of working with marshmallow cream so I will have to give this one a try. Thanks for the post. Love the cute table topper. Is it a Mary Englebreit print?
