My family has a new favorite cookie!
These shortbread cookies are so fast and easy to make that they have now become our go to cookie.
The recipe makes a dozen, but you could always double or triple depending on how many you need or want to make. When I make these we can usually eat them before they’ve all cooled! 🙂
The dough is not too sweet and the chocolate chips give these cookies more sweetness. Just the perfect amount. And if you know me, you know I put pecans in anything I can! I just love the flavor they give this cookie.
