Tasty Tuesday – Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

I hope you all enjoyed a fabulous Thanksgiving and a long weekend.

I had a great day with my family and fun shopping early black friday deals with my sister, my mom, my mother in law and sister in law. We scored pretty good, you’d think we’d be ready for Christmas, but we still have a way to go.

Today I have the perfect cookie to get you ready for the Christmas season!

To me Christmas time is just not complete without something minty!

And if you have been doing any kind of grocery shopping the last 2 weeks (which almost 100% of us have), then you may have stumbled across this lovely bag of morsels.

These dark chocolate and mint morsels are a great addition to my basic chocolate chip cookie recipe and not only taste yummy, but they smell divine!
