Another one of my favorite things to do is to make party punch. I don’t know why I love it so much. Party punch can add so much to a get together or just any day of the week when you might need a pick me up. And all of my easy party punch recipes are non-alcoholic. Which means every member of the family can enjoy it.
So any opportunity I can take to combine 2 of my favorite things, I totally take it! That is why I am loving this recipe today. I’m combining my love of Disneyland and my love of making yummy drinks with this copycat Disneyland Mint Julep recipe.

I know that the Disneyland recipe is NOT this green anymore. But the flavor is delicious. It all depends on the type of syrup you add to the julep to make it minty. There are varying shades of yellow to green when it comes to creme’ de menthe syrup. Some of them have alcohol and some do not.
I wanted to make sure I had one that did not contain alcohol. This Torani brand Creme’ de Menthe does not include alcohol, but still has a strong flavor. But it is very green. 🙂 Just know that when you are gathering your supplies to make this at home. Read the labels and find the perfect flavor for you.
I think my favorite thing about this is how refreshing it is. And I love the addittion of the garnishes. Not only do they make it taste delicious, but it makes it look lovely too!
Making up an easy party punch for a get together is always a good idea, but sometimes I like to make a delicious drink just for fun. And sometimes it’s just for me!

Easy Punch Recipes
Some of you may remember when Disneyland was celebrating the 50th anniversary of Pirates of the Carribean. At Harbor Galley they created a specialty drink called the Jolly Roger. Well I’m sure you won’t be surprised that I made a copycat version of that drink as well. What can I say, I’m a sucker for a specialty drink!
