Happy Tuesday Friends!
Today I have a delicious recipe for you.
One of my most favorite cafes here in the Valley has this Blackberry Bread Pudding as one of their desserts. In fact sometimes I only order the Blackberry Bread Pudding because that is really what I went to the cafe for.
(Who needs lunch when you can have dessert!)
So I wanted to see if I could make it on my own.
Here is the Lizzie Jane version of Blackberry Bread Pudding.
I baked it up in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and served it up in these little ramekins.
With a little whipped cream on top, it was a perfect end to a meal.
(or beginning if you’re like me!)
Although it was not exactly like my favorite cafe’s pudding, it was still yummy.
I love to eat it warm with cream or ice cream, but you could even eat it cold.
If you’d like to try it for yourself, click the download link below and print off the recipe.
If you don’t LOVE Blackberries, you could always substitute for fruit you do like.
Happy Baking!

These look dee-licious! Thanks for linking up to the par-tay. Stumbling, tweeting and pinning 🙂
How delicious! What a great idea to pair blackberries and bread pudding.
This looks fantastic, Liz! I love bread pudding, and here in Costa Rica we have blackberries all year round (albeit a really tart variety). I will definitely try this idea soon. Thank you for sharing! Visiting from live.laugh.rowe’s party.
