Today I have such a fun recipe for you. You may know that I’m a big fan of homemade jam. I enjoy making it and even more, I enjoy eating it! If you are a fan of jam 🙂 than you will love these oatmeal crumble jam bars too.
These jam bars may look like they would be hard to make, but really, they are pretty easy. They are made with some of my favorite things. Oatmeal, brown sugar and pecans. They are really good when they are warm. You could top these with ice cream or whipped cream even.
I used strawberry jam for these, but you could really use any flavor of jam. If you need a good jam recipe, see my strawberry jam recipe, peach mango jam or my favorite peach raspberry jam recipe.
This recipe calls for a cup of jam, but extra jam won’t hurt anyone. 🙂
