When it comes to celebrating the 4th of July in Phoenix, I’m all about spending time outdoors, usually by a pool or with some sort of water near by.  It also means any food I’m serving needs to be easy.  I don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen.  These easy 4th of July dessert recipes will give you more time to spend with your family, outside enjoying all the 4th of July festivities.
