I love a good chili during the cold season. And even better, my kids and hubby love a good chili too! Well this Chili is really easy and because I use ground turkey, I like to think a little healthy too. Not only is this Turkey Chili delicious, and hearty, it takes just 15 minutes to make! #15MinuteSuppers
One of the reasons it took me only 15 minutes to make is because I used one of my tricks for quick fall soups! I had already cut up the carrots, celery and onion and had them packaged in the freezer. Of course you could use fresh if you have it, the chopping just takes a couple extra minutes.
If you don’t have ground turkey you could always use ground beef. But this would also be a great meal to use up all that extra turkey from Thanksgiving! Just cut it into chunks and cook it along with everything else! One more use for those leftovers!
